The service was really good. jay jay offered local transport advice, awesome! the lobby lounge bartenders were superlative. They really made our night special. the casa madera dinner was AMAZING!!!

missing valet inadequate communication
I must say, the valet service was quite the event. When I arrived, no one was around to take the car. I had to drag my own luggage, no help was given at all. They really didn't communicate about the hotel features at arrival. For what I paid, I feel like I got a 3-star experience. How disappointing.
